Update as of Sunday 30th August 2020. Due to the COVID-19 Alert Level 2.5, our face-to-face fundraising activities will continue with the following procedures in place to fundraise safely:

  • Seven fundraisers will continue to work on a rotation basis.
  • Every fundraiser will undergo a temperature check before the start of each shift.
  • Fundraisers will be stepped down if they present any signs or symptoms of illness.
  • Contact tracing of fundraisers and members of the public will be applied.
  • Physical distancing guidelines will be followed, and personal hygiene including hand washing and use of hand sanitiser and disinfectant wipes will also be applied.

We will continue to work closely with our fundraising agency, Cornucopia, and the PFRA (Public Fundraising Regulatory Association), as to the best course of action as the situation develops.
