The key to ‘Right Care, Right Time’ is better alignment of emergency response resources to meet the needs of our communities.  This means getting to high acuity patients faster and offering alternative pathways to care for low acuity patients. 

Health professionals play a key role when requesting emergency care for their patients.  To find out what ‘Right Care, Right Time’ means for your patients, make a request for one of our Healthcare Representatives to visit either you or your clinic.

During this visit, they’ll:

• Give you a full briefing on ‘Right Care, Right Time’ and other St John initiatives relevant to your patients
• provide you with free resources that help you get the best from ‘Right Care, Right Time’
• provide you with tools to help support your most at risk patients - elderly
• answer any questions you may have
